What is a circular economy?

Our logo says it all! A Circular Economy is a regenerative system where resource Inputs, Outputs, & Leakages are minimized by slowing, narrowing, and closing material loops. A circular economy focuses on value instead of profit.

Material Loops

These are the life cycles of natural resources. In most situations currently, materials do not have loops. They have an entirely linear life. Material loops are formed when linear material lives are closed.

Why is it important to CSC?

CSC’s vision for a sustainable future relies on closed material loops that are integral to circular economies. Circular economies ensure minimal waste and maximal efficiency and longevity. They allow humans and human-industrial systems to reintegrate with natural processes and ecosystems.
