COSA | Committee On Sustainability Assessment

The COSA Project, a collaboration with the Committee on Sustainability Assessment, is examining sustainability standards for the coffee industry. Team members research and document the sustainability commitments and supplier requirements of many of the largest coffee roasters and retailers in the United States, and are working on compiling a state-of-the-industry report.
