We are a student group working to improve sustainability in breweries and wineries of the Finger Lakes region by providing individualized business progress strategies on best practices through industry specific research.


Current Work:

Synthesizing a comprehensive report detailing best practices and current trends regarding sustainability in the brewing industry. At each step, the team highlights sustainability concerns and proposes practical solutions. This semester, the team is working with both a winery and a brewery.
